Returns and Warranty
Rembrandt Charms does not sell directly to consumers. All purchases, returns, and exchanges are processed through our authorized retail partners.
Consumers should contact the retailer where the item was purchased for assistance with returns, exchanges, or warranty-related support.
Rembrandt Charms provides a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship and will repair or replace items at no charge.
- Merchandise purchased within 30 days and under $250 may be returned for credit. No RA# is required; please include a copy of the invoice with the return.
- Returns after 30 days and/or over $250 require an RA#. Please call 1-800-828-7840 to have one assigned.
- Custom, engraved, altered, or non-stock items may be returned for scrap value.
